As Tracketo Logistics provides service-based solutions (logistics, transportation, shipping, and cargo handling), returns in the traditional sense do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or excess payment made by the client
- Service cancellation by Tracketo Logistics due to operational constraints
- Failure to initiate the agreed service within the committed timeline (excluding force majeure situations)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:
- Services have already been partially or fully executed
- Delays occur due to customs clearance, port authority decisions, weather conditions, or government regulations
- Incorrect shipment details were provided by the client
- Cancellation is requested after shipment dispatch
4. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. Approval depends on the current status of the shipment or service.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible
- Transaction or bank processing fees may be deducted
6. Force Majeure
Tracketo Logistics shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, or government actions.
